General

This agreement includes these Terms and Conditions, which shall prevail over any other terms and conditions. Barqasha reserves the right to change and modify these Terms and Conditions. You are responsible for reading these Terms and Conditions and will not be able to proceed with the purchase until you have read and agreed to them.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Barqasha harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site and/or your breach of these Terms of Use.

Price and Payment Terms

All products and prices are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds and are subject to change without notice.

Barqasha follows a policy of continuous product development and reserves the right to modify product specifications. Products offered may differ from those displayed or advertised. Unless otherwise agreed, products offered will be equivalent in value, function, and appearance.

You can pay the full amount before shipment or upon receipt.

Warranty / Limited Liability

Barqash warrants its products against manufacturing or workmanship defects, provided the product is used under normal conditions and for the purposes for which it was designed.

In the event of damage or defect due to manufacturing or shipping, and reported on the same day of delivery or the following day at the latest, we will replace the product free of charge. It is essential that Barqash receives digital photos of the manufacturing damage before processing replacement shipments.

Barqash will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from any product defect.

Once you notify Barqash of a problem with the goods, we will replace or repair any damaged or defective goods upon delivery; or refund the amount paid for the goods in question. Barqash will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, loss, or indirect or consequential damage arising from any problem with the goods.
